Refund policy
Here at Koring Home we are committed to providing our customers with excellent service, which is why we take great pride in implementing the most customer friendly policies in the industry.
Returns & Exchanges
All orders are eligible for return within 30 days of receipt of your delivery. Refunds are offered on the condition that the order remains in its original packaging, unused, and with no damage or missing parts. In other words, the item must be in the same condition that you received it in. Items that are not in this condition will not be accepted.
To initiate a return please email us at: william@koringhome.co.uk clearly stating your: order number, and reason for return. After the return request is approved, a member of our customer service team will be in touch with instructions to return your package. Items returned without first requesting a return via this process will not be accepted.
All items that are returned will be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20% of the original order value. Products which have been unpackaged and used will not be eligible for a return, refund or exchange.
In the event that you decide to return your product, you, as the customer will be responsible for covering the full shipping costs related to returning the product to the warehouse as well as the aforementioned restocking fee.
Exchanges
To exchange an item please initiate a return on your order once recieved, once your return is accepted, make a separate purchase for your new item. Please note that the above conditions for returns also apply to exchanges.
Refunds
Once your return has been recieved and inspected in the warehouse we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will be refunded to your original payment method within 10 working days. Please remember that it can take some time for your refund to appear on your statement depending on your bank or credit card provider.

Cancellations
In the event that you need to cancel an order please contact our customer service team via our contact page ASAP. Once an order has been dispatched you will no longer be able to cancel your order and will have to follow the return process after taking delivery of your order.
Damage in Transit
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If there is any damage to the item or packaging please ensure that you take clear photos and contact us within 24 hours of the product being delivered clearly stating the extent of the damage along with the relevant photos. We will evaluate the issue and do our best to rectify the issue.
